3. How We Collect It

All enquiry form and consultation booking submissions are processed directly through our own secure CRM system hosted at crm.pinnaclepresences.com. Your personal information is stored on our own servers and is not shared with third-party form processors.

4. Why We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

Respond to your project enquiry
Discuss your requirements and provide a proposal
Communicate with you about our services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal information on the basis of your consent — given when you voluntarily submit our enquiry form — and in pursuit of our legitimate business interest in responding to client enquiries, as permitted under POPIA.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or as required by South African law. When no longer needed, your information is securely deleted.

8. Third-Party Processors

We do not use third-party form processors. All form submissions are handled by our own CRM infrastructure.

9. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Pixels

Our website uses the following tracking technologies:

Google Analytics (GA4) — used to measure website traffic and usage patterns. Data is processed by Google LLC and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. No personally identifiable information is collected via this service.
Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) — we use the Meta Pixel (Pixel ID: 1005104718562202) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), and to build advertising audiences. This pixel may track the following events: PageView (on page load), Lead (on enquiry form submission), Schedule (on booking calendar clicks), and Contact (on email link clicks). Data is processed by Meta Platforms Inc. and is subject to Meta's Data Policy.

No personally identifiable information is directly transmitted to these third-party services through cookies alone. You may opt out of personalised advertising from Meta at facebook.com/privacy/explanation, and from Google Analytics via Google's opt-out browser add-on. You may disable cookies entirely in your browser settings at any time.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, loss, or misuse. However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
